The Symposium was held in Newcastle City Hall, Australia, on 10-14 August in 2014 in conjunction with the 9th Biannual Conference of AAAA (Association for Applied Animal Andrology).
The main organizer was the University of Newcastle and Professor John Aitken as chairman. Altogether 59 oral and 55 poster presentations were introduced at the conference, mostly about the basic research of spermatology.
One PhD student from the Genetics and Reproduction Research Group of the Research Centre for Farm Animal Gene Conservation – Éva Váradi – took part at the Symposium with a poster presentation.
